So close to week one finale! Started the day off with egg white
omelet and steamed milk, and brought along a baggie of protein pancakes
to have a snack on the go. For lunch it was tuna and almonds, and a
pumpkin chili snack, the highlight of the day was dinner - chard rolls
on cauliflower rice...so good!
Finally
I ended the day on a sour note by missing my final meal altogther I
just had to go to bed....oh well better off tomorrow...
